Looking SE from Coordinate location, viewed lights moving in circles and darting from one location to another. I am a retired Army LTC and was a military aviator with 23 years of flying experience. On January 14, 2023 at approximately 7:30 PM, I observed either 2 or 3 erratically moving green lights approximately 75 degrees above the horizon in a South Easterly direction from the given coordinates. The small green lights were circling and darting about each other with the lights turning off and then on in different locations. These lights were near a very bright star in that SE location. I quit observing after about 15 minutes as I had to leave the sight. Two acquaintances were with me and they both observed the same thing. One is a practicing attorney and the other is a retired school teacher. Both are well respected in their community.
